Our Story
The Beginning
Born from Take Ur Seat,
fueled by flavor.
+Bake Cafe was founded in 2022, born from the kitchens of the Take Ur Seat restaurant group. After years of feeding the Inland Empire community through TUS restaurants, the team set out with a vision: a space dedicated entirely to the artisan baked goods they'd always dreamed of making.
The concept was simple but bold — blend the flavors of Filipino and Southeast Asian kitchens with the precision of Western baking. Ube in a Basque cheesecake. Pandan in a waffle batter. Coconut sugar in a snickerdoodle. The familiar made new. The comforting made surprising.
What opened as a small bakery quickly became a community gathering spot. Word spread about the cheesecakes. Instagram discovered the pandan waffles. Locals came for the food and stayed for the atmosphere — board games on the tables, warm light, and a staff that genuinely cared.
Today, +Bake Cafe remains proudly independent, proudly Filipino-inspired, and proudly rooted in the Rancho Cucamonga community. Every item is still baked fresh daily by our small team, with the same attention to craft that started it all.
